The advantages of DLP are small pixels and high definition, but the disadvantage is that there are joints. At present, the small joints can reach 0.88mm. Rear projection and plasma displays are suitable for viewing at a closer distance.

For indoor full-color LED displays, the advantages are high brightness and no seams, but the disadvantages are that the pixel particles are thicker and the definition is lower. The current commercialized indoor full-color LED screens are more economical models P5 and P6, and other models include P3 and P4. When we choose indoor full-color LED display, we can consider the following aspects.
1. LED die
Like the outdoor full-color LED display, it is generally recommended that the LEDs of the indoor full-color LED display use MLS-packaged light-emitting diodes, and high-end products are recommended to use Japanese Nichia and American CREE dies.
2. Packaging form
The 3528, 2121, and 1010 surface-mount packages have the advantages of large viewing angle, good luminous consistency, and easy automatic welding processing. They are the mainstream products of full-color LED displays.
3. Density
Due to the high heat generation of indoor full-color LED chips and the high density of control circuits, the dot density of commercial full-color LED displays cannot be made very high. At present, P3, P4, P5 and P6 are widely used in the market. These are relatively economical, mainly mainstream products in the low-end market.
